Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your course registration, you must do so in accordance with the following conditions to be eligible for a refund:

  1. You must request a cancellation within 5 days of your initial registration.
  2. You must not have completed any lessons.
  3. You must not have accessed or used any of the training materials or the online course.
  4. Full course fees must have been paid; please note that course deposits are non-refundable.

Course Fees & Deposits

To secure a place in one of our preparation courses, you may choose to pay a deposit at registration. The remaining balance of the course fees is to be paid by the date specified on our website, typically within 30 days.

Deposits serve as part payment towards the total cost of the course and are not considered a trial period. Failure to cancel in accordance with our terms means the full course fees will become due.

Payment Failure

If the balance of the course fees cannot be collected, your study account will be suspended until full payment is made. Should there be a failed payment or insufficient funds, our payment processor, Stripe, will instead charge 50% of the course fees twice within 90 days.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund or cancellation, you must contact our team at contact@passmyielts.com with your name, email address, and the reason for your request.

Our team commits to:

– Investigating your request promptly and reaching a resolution within 3 working days.

– Issuing a confirmation of your eligibility for a refund, or providing a reason for denial in accordance with our policy, within 72 hours of concluding our investigation.

Refunds, when approved, will be credited back to the original payment card within 5 working days of confirmation of the refund.
